Our Bed & Breakfast is designed to cater to the relaxation and enjoyment of adults therefore, we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 15. However, accommodations may be made under certain circumstances, i.e. family reunions or rental of the entire house.

We love animals but we don’t have the facilities to accept pets.

At the time of making your reservation, a booking deposit is required corresponding to 50% of the total amount of your stay in order to guarantee your room.

We are a small B&B and cancellations affect us significantly; if you find you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know at least 14 days in advance of your arrival day. If less notice is given, including a reduced reservation period or in the event of a “no show”, we reserve the right to keep the deposit amount of 50% as a penalty. 

In case that the term of 14 days is respected, then we will refund the totality of your reservation deposit less 3.5% corresponding to the credit card commission. If you do need to cancel a booking please telephone or send us an email and we will confirm your cancellation by return.
